How to recharge the credit
Payment by SMS
The most quick is to send sms to this number. SMS must be in this format:
ulozto 12345
The number 12345 is unique for each user and you see it after login.
You will get from 25MB to 8000MB depending upon the number on which you send sms.
Payment by bank transfer
Fill the form, enter the valid email (the payment informations like account number and variable symbol will be send there). You will receive the call for payment to email. Send the prescribed amount with correct variable symbol to the bank account which you received in the email. Please enter the amount and variable symbol carefully – if you enter them wrongly, the payment will not pass throw the automatic process and the time for adding credit will be longer. Usual time of adding credit is 2-3 days after payment (it depends on the bank from that you send the payment).
Don't forget write the correct variable symbol – the credit will not be added without it.
You will get credit from 2500MB to 340000MB.

The payment by banking transfer by cash machine
Cash machines of some banks allows except withdrawal of money entering of nonrecurring banking transfers too. So there is also a possibility to recharge a credit for ulozto.
Possibilities of making payment:
- With the payment card of Česká spořitelna throw the cash machines of Česká spořitelna
- With the payment card “Maxkarta” of Poštovní spořitelna throw all cash machines of Poštovní spořitelna and ČSOB

Paypal is an electronic wallet with that you can also pay your Uloz.to credit. Go to the page with the paypal payment and click on the “Pay Now” bottom. You will be redirect to the paypal com where you will login with your user name and password and than confirm a payment. After successful payment you will be redirect back to uloz.to and your credit will be added.

Reclamation of the credit
It could happened that the credit will not be subscribed to our database, although it was payed. If you think that it is your case, contact us and give us such many information to identification of the payment as you can.

- login to ulozto and a phone number in case you used sms credit for the payment - login to ulozto and email for that is your paypal account registered in case you used paypal for the payment - login to ulozto and a number of the tax document, which is send you to the payment
